Steps for Online Activation
- Go to the activation page: Navigate to citi.com/activate in your web browser.
- Enter your card details: You will need to input your 16-digit credit card number and the security code (CVV) found on your card.
- Complete all required fields: Fill in any additional information requested, such as your date of birth or other personal details. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Select a PIN: You will be prompted to choose a 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) for your card.
